  • Firmware Update 5.0.1 15 November 2011
Apple recently released an update to the 5.0 software. The first issue they tried to address is battery life. I was defiantly having this issue on my iPhone 4S (AT&T) as my battery would be drained by about noon every day. I am a heavy user but my iPhone 4 always made it all day […]

PostHeaderIcon Are Social Sites That Much Of A Competition For The Mobile

So many people are choosing to stay in and talk to all of their pals on Facebook nowadays which is actually very sad indeed. However are these services replacing phone conversations or not?

Mobile Embracing Facebook

Many mobile phones are now trying to embrace the 200 millions plus users of the Facebook service. There are so many mobile phone companies that are always going on about how they have the newest Facebook app, does this actually matter to people.

Is this actually a sign that these companies are realising that Facebook and Twiiter are a big danger to them? Well in actual fact it has to be really, they must realise that a lot of people would rather be sat chatting online than speaking to somebody in person or over the phone. Many people will actually realise that they spending way too much time on this and just need to stop reallly.

Has anyone seen the stupid Farmville and Mafia Wars? They are shocking games that are attracting a hell of a lot of users to the service and do nothing but waste peoples time and take of some serious hours that they could be spent actually using a phone or meeting someone in person.

After all, how can it be possible for a mobile phone company to argue with over 200 million people, they cannot which is why they have no choice but to do it. With Twitter very slowly crawling its way up it has to be said phones are likely to carry on with this.

So throw away those fax to email systems and those 0800 numbers and premium rate phone numbers and get Facebook. Not at all, these other services can benefit you more.

So There you have it
